Aesthetics – Laser hair removal

Ellique’s Aesthetics Laser hair removal treatments works with emitted light that is absorbed by melanin within the hair, which is then converted to heat energy damaging the hair follicle.

With standard laser hair removal treatments, you can feel what is described as the “hot flick” of an elastic band during treatment. However with the virtually pain-free EVOLVE treatment, you will feel little to no discomfort. When in MOTION mode, the built-in Ice Tip technology allows for even more comfort for clients, especially when treating an area with lots of dense dark hair. This technology can reach temperatures of -8`C for extra comfortable treatments.

The number of sessions you will I need or are required varies from client to client and depends on many factors. However, as a guideline, it is always recommended to complete a course of at least six sessions per treatment area.

Results can be seen after just a few treatments. However, a minimum of 6 treatments are recommended to deliver excellent results.

EVOLVE laser technology, by Lynton, is suitable for all skin types, A consultation is required with your clinician to ascertain if the treatment will be successful for you. We can treat practically all areas of the body. Treatment areas include the face, bikini area, back, arms, legs, chest and underarms. We are unable to treat areas covered in tattoos.

The length of the treatment sessions are variable, however it’s a fast treatment. The duration depends on the size of the area to be treated. This ranges from five minutes for the upper lip and up to 45 minutes for a full leg.
